Here is a short clip (11:15) explaining about the Mortgage / Credit crisis by Jonathan Jarvis, a graduate studio at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. It is fairly accurate, but don’t fall for the dead-beat borrowers sterotype at the end. The dead-beats were the lenders, some of who have raked in billions after the fact.
